Beyond Expectation
2 Kings 6:1-7 NLT ”One day the group of prophets came to Elisha and told him, “As you can see, this place where we meet with you is too small. Let’s go down to the Jordan River, where there are plenty of logs. There we can build a new place for us to meet.” “All right,” he told them, “go ahead.” “Please come with us,” someone suggested. “I will,” he said. So he went with them. When they arrived at the Jordan, they began cutting down trees. But as one of them was cutting a tree, his ax head fell into the river. “Oh, sir!” he cried. “It was a borrowed ax!” “Where did it fall?” the man of God asked. When he showed him the place, Elisha cut a stick and threw it into the water at that spot. Then the ax head floated to the surface. “Grab it,” Elisha said. And the man reached out and grabbed it.”

Where we meet is too small’
1 Corinthians 9:19 NKJV “For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more;”
Ephesians 3:20 TPT “Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.”
2024 is here!! A year of OVERFLOW!! An overflow of God’s Presence, love, mercy, grace, goodness, peace and joy in your life!! An overflow of souls will be saved!! Seeing the lost returning to JESUS OUR SAVIOUR AND KING as we celebrate 30 years of CRC!
So as we step into the new year, let’s not get caught up in the pursuit of our dreams… but pursue the One who answers beyond our wildest dreams (Eph. 3:20). In the midst of all our goal-setting and planning, let’s take time to commit 2024 to Jesus. He loves to hear from us, and His heart is for us to thrive and succeed in every area of our lives! ❤
LETS BUILD A NEW PLACE
Ephesians 3:20-21 MSG “God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. Glory to God in the church! Glory to God in the Messiah, in Jesus! Glory down all the generations! Glory through all millennia! Oh, yes!”

-Be challenged in 2024 to enlarge, extend and be fruitful for the glory of God
-It is never God’s will that you be stagnant or that you burry your Talent
-Step out! Dream big! Strengthen yourself in the Lord!

Remember as you step into the new year!
YOU can reflect on the year past & think about the plans you want to make for the coming one.
Maybe you want to;
– Grow your career.
– Be more active and healthy.
– Spend more time with my family and friends.
– Work on your relationship’s.
Setting goals is exciting and inspiring.
But don’t get carried away and let all our thoughts and plans revolve around our own dreams and desires.
MAKE ROOM FOR JESUS, you are His disciple after all! Keeping Him at the center is empowering because He holds every dream, every hope, and every area of our lives together.
Colossians 1:17-23 NLT ”He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together. Christ is also the head of the church, which is his body. He is the beginning, supreme over all who rise from the dead. So he is first in everything. For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, and through him God reconciled everything to himself. -Maybe you’re hurt or heartbroken, leaving you discouraged ——GOD will restore you
-Maybe you find yourself in a bad situation and it was your own fault ——GOD will restore you
