Planting Spiritual Seeds! The message from Sunday, 9 February, delivered by Ps Ben, was powerful and timely. His words carried an anointing that resonated deeply with the congregation.
If you missed it, don’t worry—we’re about to break it down so you can carry this truth into your week!

Your Turnaround Begins Now
II Corinthians 6:1-2 (NKJV) “We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For He says: ‘In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.’ Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”
Ps Ben reminded us that God has promised us a turnaround, but we need to act on it. This isn’t just about wishful thinking—this is about sowing spiritual seeds that will yield transformation. If you feel like things have been heading in the wrong direction, now is the time to shift gears!

Planting Spiritual Seeds | The Power of Sowing and Reaping
Galatians 6:7 (NKJV) “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”
One of the key messages Ps Ben emphasized is that everything we sow will grow. Whether it’s good or bad, what you plant in your heart, your finances, and your relationships will come back multiplied.
So, the question is—what kind of seeds are you planting?
Three Spiritual Seeds You Must Sow
1. Tithes and Offerings – A Seed of Obedience
Giving isn’t just a good practice; it’s a spiritual law.
Malachi 3:10 (NKJV) “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.”
Ps Ben challenged us to think beyond money. As Ps Larry reminds us, “Giving isn’t just about finances—it’s about honoring God” with our:
- Time – Spending intentional moments in prayer and His Word.
- Talent – Using our gifts to serve in His Kingdom.
- Treasure – Trusting Him with our finances.
If you’ve been holding back in any of these areas, now is the time to plant the right seeds.
2. Your Words – A Seed of Life or Death
Ps Ben didn’t hold back on this point—your words matter more than you realize! He reminded us that what we speak over our lives, our families, and our situations has the power to bring either life or destruction.
Isaiah 55:11 (NKJV) “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
Jesus Himself demonstrated this when He rebuked the storm:
Mark 4:39 (NKJV) “Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, ‘Peace, be still!’ And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.”
Ps Ben encouraged us to start declaring God’s promises daily:
“I am the head and not the tail.”
“I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
“By the blood of Jesus, I am redeemed, forgiven, and sanctified.”
3. Action – A Seed of Faith | Planting Spiritual Seeds
Faith isn’t passive—it’s active!
Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Ps Ben asked us: “Are you just waiting for things to change, or are you stepping out in faith?” God is calling you to take action. Maybe it’s making a decision to forgive, to step into a new opportunity, or to finally let go of a bad habit. Whatever it is, plant the seed today and trust that God will bring the harvest.

Don’t Grow Weary – Your Harvest is Coming!
Galatians 6:9 (NKJV) “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
The seeds you plant today will determine your future. Are you planting seeds of faith, generosity, and life-giving words? Or are you sowing doubt, fear, and negativity? The choice is yours. Ps Ben made it clear that we don’t just get what we wish for—we get what we sow. And when we sow in faith, we can expect a supernatural harvest beyond what we can imagine!
Ps Ben reminded us that by planting spiritual seeds, they don’t always sprout overnight. No matter where you are in your journey, remember: God has already prepared a turnaround for you. He is faithful, and He will fulfill His promises. Keep planting, keep trusting, and keep believing—your breakthrough is on the way!
Final Prayer
Heavenly Father, today I commit to sowing spiritual seeds that align with Your will. I declare that my words, my giving, and my actions will bring transformation and breakthrough. Strengthen me to never grow weary but to remain faithful, trusting in Your perfect timing.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen.
