Successful Leadership
I Corinthians 9:24 NKJV “Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.”
Hebrews 11 gives us a picture of the men & women of the Bible who became great leaders because of their Faith in God and willingness to be servant leaders.
Here’s an overview of some of there qualities that you can grow from in your own leadership as a disciple maker:
- A successful leader is a person of VISION (Proverbs 29:18) B. A successful leader is a person of FAITH (Hebrews 11:6) C. A successful leader is a person who BOLDLY SPEAKS God’s WORD (2 Corinthians 4:13) D. A successful leader is a person who TRUSTS the Lord in the impossible things (Matthew 19:26) E. A successful leader is a person who is willing to build & empower others (2 Timothy 1:2) F. A successful leader is a person who has a committed team (1 Corinthians 11:1) G. A successful leader is a person who has a lasting fruit (John 15:16)
